01.Surface
One grade for the front side of the card and one for the back. This parameter considers all flaws on the surface of a card, such as scratches, stains, folds, wrinkles, superficial scrapes, ungluing and pressure marks. The grading scale goes from 1 to 10, where 10 stands for perfection.
02.Edges
One grade for the front side of the card and one for the back. This parameter considers the state of wear of a card’s perimeter. The grading scale goes from 1 to 10.
03.Centering
One grade for the front side of the card and one for the back. This parameter considers any variation in the width of the frame of a card. This parameter is always detected, and comes into play in the determination of potential increment, reduction or invariance of the global grade. Centering is checked by means of a proprietary algorithm that takes into examination the reported measures of the opposite sides.
04.Corner’s shape
This parameter considers the geometry of the four corners of a card. For Pokémon cards, for example, it considers the roundness of each corner, for square-cut cards, instead, it indicates the sharpness of the cut. When corners comply, the final grade will not be affected, but in case of non-compliance the final grade will be affected by a reduction equal to -0.5 of the global grade.
AiGrading also certifies cards with printing errors, indicating both in the actual and in the digital label the type of error, without the final grade’s reduction (Miscut, Misprint, and so on).

01.Sealing
This parameter considers the state of sealing of the primary packaging: cellophane, if present, or cardboard. The grading scale goes from 1 to 10.
02.Surface
(surface) This parameter considers all flaws on the surface of the primary packaging (cellophane, if present, cardboard, or tin), such as scratches, stains, folds, wrinkles, superficial scrapes, ungluing, cuts, and pressure marks. The grading scale goes from 1 to 10.
03.Corners
This parameter considers the state of wear and the level of sharpness of a product’s corners. The grading scale goes from 1 to 10.
04.Hanging hole conditions
This parameter considers the state of a product’s hanging hole (if present) used for displaying the product. If still intact there will be no reduction in the final grade, whereas in case of alteration a reduction of -1 will be applied to the final grade.
05.Content condition
This parameter consists of a general evaluation of the material included in the packaging, if visible. In case the material is damaged, the final grade will suffer a reduction of -2 grades.
06.Content compliance
This parameter considers the compliance between the visible material and the actual product described on the packaging. Any non-compliance found will be reported both on the actual and the digital label.
07.Flatness
This parameter refers to sealed booster packs. It considers the degree of flatness of the pack, a flaw often caused by erroneous stocking in humid environments. Such flaws will cause a reduction of -1 on the final grade.
