AiGrading processes Users data, essentially navigation data, in order to monitor the operation of this Site, improve the user experience and increase its security systems in accordance with the industry standards. The legal basis of the processing is the legitimate interest of AiGrading to monitor and improve the Site (art. 6, par. 1, f), GDPR).
AiGrading has determined, in compliance with the principle of data minimization, the personal data that the User must necessarily communicate to create an account on this Site. The AiGrading system, in fact, in order to maximize the quality of the service, is totally digitized and, therefore, the creation of an account is a necessary condition to be able to place an order relating to the authentication and/or grading service: the purpose of the treatment is, therefore, to be able to provide the authentication and/or grading service to the Users who request it. In this case, the legal basis for the processing is the legitimate interest of AiGrading to provide a service based on a computerized system which, as such, requires the processing of certain personal data of the User (art. 6, par. 1, f), GDPR).
The optional and voluntary sending of messages or the sending of forms on this Site involve the acquisition of the sender's contact data as well as all other personal data included in such communications. The purpose of the processing is, therefore, to be able to provide Users with a prompt and timely response to their communications. The legal basis for this processing is the User's consent to communicate their data (art. 6, par. 1, a), GDPR). accessible, a password control system, the implementation of IT security systems on this Site, the careful
